Shipping
Most Hitting World items are shipped directly
from the manufacturer. As a result, shipping timing and cost will vary by
product. Wherever possible, we have included as many shipping details as
possible (timeframe, cost, method of delivery, and city/state of origin) on the
product's detail page. The vast majority of products are shipped via UPS Ground.
If you order multiple items from different manufacturers, then you can expect to
receive separate packages, often on separate days. Certain products will take
longer than others; most training aids and videos typically ship within 2
business days or sooner, but certain custom wood bats will often take 1-2 weeks.
Please refer to the specific product's detail page for details. Orders shipped
directly from HittingWorld are shipped the same day or next day at the latest.
RUSH DELIVERY: If you require faster than normal
delivery, we encourage you to call us at (877) 300-0087 or email
sales at hittingworld.com. It really
depends on the manufacturer and the specific product if we can meet your express
shipping needs, but we will do everything possible to try to accommodate your
shipping requests.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Again, it
really depends on the manufacturer whether or not we can deliver to your
country. Expect shipping charges to Canada, Mexico and US locations
outside the 48 states to be at least double the posted amount. You can expect shipping charges to other
international destinations to be 3-4 times the standard amount. Again we

Returns, Warranties and Refunds
As with shipping, our refund / return / warranty
policy for most items ordered through Hitting World are based on the
manufacturer's own policies. Wherever these policies are known, we provide the
specifics on the product details page of our site. Please do not assume any
implied warranty or refund policy is in place. Many custom items, videos and
other products cannot be returned for refund unless there is a manufacturing
defect/error, incorrect shipment, or unless the manufacturer offers a money-back
guarantee.
Before returning an item for any reason, contact us first for authorization and
for instructions as to where to send the item (usually that's the manufacturer,
not Hitting World). If the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment, all
costs are covered for return and shipping a replacement. On non-warranty returns
(returned for any other reason, i.e. ordered by mistake), the product must be
returned new - no usage - complete and in original packaging. In this case, a
refund will only be issued after inspection on receipt of item. The maximum
refund amount will cover the item only, less 15% restocking fee. Shipping &
handling charges cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have
any additional questions on refunds and returns.
