Our warehouse is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We typically ship via Fedex, UPS and via USPS Priority Mail (some small items are shipped USPS first class). Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, shipping timing will vary by product. Wherever possible, we have included as many shipping details as possible on the product's detail page. If you order multiple items from different manufacturers, you may receive separate packages, often on separate days. We will email tracking #s to you once items have been shipped. Certain products will take longer than others; most training aids ship within 2 business days or sooner, but certain custom wood bats will often take 2-4 weeks. Please refer to the specific product's detail page for details. Orders shipped directly from our warehouse are shipped the same day or next day at the latest.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It often depends on the manufacturer whether or not we can deliver to your
country. Shipping charges to Canada, and US locations
outside the 48 states can be calculated online. We

Returns, Warranties and Refunds
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy, with some exceptions. Returned items must be received within 30 days from the day the item was delivered. Items must be in new / resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise noted by Hitting World. If the return is due to a shipping error or product defect, we will cover return shipping costs. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Nearly all products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Wherever these policies are known, we provide the specifics on the product details page of our site. However, most of our wood bats do not include any such warranty. Many custom items (eg, a customized wood bat) cannot be returned for refund unless there is a manufacturing defect/error, incorrect shipment, or unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee. On non-warranty returns (returned for any other reason, i.e. ordered by mistake), the product must be returned new - no usage - complete and in original packaging. In this case, a refund will only be issued after inspection on receipt of item. The refund amount will cover the item only. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded.
