Name	Howard Nakagama	"Learn from a Major League Scout" I am currently a part time scout for the White Sox and have been with the club for 12 seasons. I have 40 plus years of experience coaching youth baseball. I have two former students who have been selected in the major league draft, one currently playing minor league baseball, 15 plus current and former students play college baseball and 30 plus current and former students play high school baseball. Players will learn the fundamentals of hitting and pitching using state of the art video analysis. I will provide them with drills that will reinforce the proper mechanics. I will teach the athlete the mental part of the game and I will teach the athlete to "respect the game and how to play baseball the "right way".
