Michael Hall
Michael majored in Biology in college and has Master's Degree in Education. Additionally, he is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, Certifed Hitting Instructor and Certified SPARQ Trainer. He played baseball in college and at the Semi-Pro level. He has taught and coached at the high school level, as well as with Select level teams. He trains athletes in functional strength training as well as speed and agility and plyometrics. He also provides nutritional consulting to insure athletes get the most out of their training and operate at peak capacity.
