Most Hitting World products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Smaller items (such as DVDs, batting gloves and some balls) typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. We will also often ship via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS or Fedex when it will reduce the delivery timeframe. Orders shipped directly from Hitting World are shipped the same day or next day at the latest. Large items (such as batting cages) are typically shipped via truck line. In many cases, products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, shipping timing and cost varies by
product. Wherever possible, we have included all shipping details (timeframe, cost, method of delivery, and city/state of origin) on the product's detail page. If you order multiple items from different manufacturers, then it is likely you'll receive separate packages, often on separate days. Certain products will take longer to arrive than others; most training aids and videos typically ship within 2
business days or sooner, but certain custom wood bats will often take up to 2-3 weeks or more in some cases. Please refer to the specific product page for details.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on several items. Any item with the logo qualifies for free shipping to anywhere in the Continental US. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or on international orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Our website currently accepts orders from the US only. However, we do accept international orders in most cases. For international orders, please email us at email@example.com and let us know what item(s) you want to order, and provide the full shipping address. We will calculate shipping costs and get back to you with the details. We

Returns, Warranties and Refunds
As with shipping, our refund / return / warranty
policy for most items ordered through Hitting World are based on the
manufacturer's policies. Wherever these policies are known, we provide the
specifics on the product details page of our site. Many custom items, videos and
other products cannot be returned for refund unless there is a manufacturing
defect/error, incorrect shipment, or unless the manufacturer offers a money-back
Before returning an item for any reason, contact us first for authorization and
for instructions as to where to send the item (usually that will be the manufacturer,
not Hitting World). If the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment, all
costs are covered for return and shipping a replacement. On non-warranty returns
(returned for any other reason, i.e. ordered by mistake), the product must be
returned new and in original packaging. In this case, a
refund will only be issued after inspection on receipt of item. Shipping &
handling charges cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have
any additional questions on refunds and returns.
